Project Overview
POL-COM brings together organizations from the Czech Republic, Romania, and Lithuania to co-create a digital training platform and hands-on educational resources, all grounded in real police experience and educator feedback.
International Collaboration
Police trainers, educators, and experts from three EU countries are developing content together, combining research with field-tested practice.
For Law Enforcement Professionals
All modules and tools are designed with police trainers and active officers, ensuring immediate value in real-world policing.
Free, Online & Practical
All content is available online, free of charge, and adaptable for both classroom and field use.
Updated & Validated
Every resource is tested with practitioners and improved based on user feedback, keeping the platform relevant and impactful.
